Helumbu Trek
You will enter one of the most beautiful valleys in Nepal, to enjoy the culture of the Sherpas and Tamangs. Actually, Helambu, altitude of 2500 m., means "potato an dradish". Apart from the enchanting flora an dfauna many peaks can be seen. As always the local people are warm, friendly and welcoming.

| Day 01. | 40 min. drive Kathmandu to Sundarijal (1300m), and trek to Chisopani (2194m). |
| Day 02. | Trek to Khutumsang (2446m) |
| Day 03. | Trek to Tharepati (3597m). |
| Day 04. | Trek to Tarke Gyang (2560m). |
| Day 05. | Tarke Gyang to Shermathang (2621m) |
| Day 06. | Explore local culture. |
| Day 07. | Trek down to Melamchipul Baza (846m), and drive back to Kathmandu |
